Warranty Terms & Conditions

RockHoppa design and make some of the highest quality bags in the world.

Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in your new RockHoppa Bag. This warranty does not affect your legal rights.

This warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.).

To place a warranty claim, please contact us at: info@rockhoppa.co.uk with your name, order number, the nature of the defect and when it first appeared. Following this you may be required to submit your product for inspection to confirm the defect. The goods will be inspected and, if covered by the warranty, will be replaced* according to the terms of the warranty.

Please consider that only products purchased from RockHoppa directly or via OUR Amazon account can be considered as genuine and protected by this warranty.

*We will issue replacements for products that are not discontinued. If we no longer stock or sell the product, we will either offer you an alternative, but similar product or issue a full refund.
